Raw Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup pitted medjool dates

1 cup almonds

1 cup almond meal flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 -2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

In the bowl of a food processor add the dates. Process for about a minute or so. Set aside in a different bowl.

Add the almonds and almond flour to the food processor and process until combined, about 3 minutes.

Add the dates back into the food processor and pulse until a crumbly mixture starts forming. Keep pulsing for about 5 minutes until a soft and gooey but not mushy mixture forms. Add the rest of the ingredients right at the end.

Scoop out about 1 tablespoon and form into balls. Roll into shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or even cacao powder. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or you can freeze them to enjoy whenever you want!
