RAW MARS BARS
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup peanuts
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp water
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
3 tbsp hemp seeds
Pinch pink sea salt
3/4 cup Vanilla Collagen Peanut Butter from Wild Friends
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
3.5 oz Divine Dark Choc w/ pink Himalayan salt
2-3 tbsp coconut oil
Pulse all the base layer ingredients in a food processor until a dough like consistency forms. Press into the bottom of a loaf pan lined with parchment and then spayed with oil. Pop into the freezer for 10 minutes and make filling.
In a small bowl combine the ingredients for the filling and microwave for about 20 seconds. Mix together and then pour onto the base layer. Set back into the freezer for an hour.
Take the load pan out of the freezer and cut the loaf in half, then inch strips and then into squares.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and gently dip each square into the chocolate and set aside. Sprinkle on sea salt and pepitas.
Freeze for another hour or 2. Enjoy!
